How much food and beverages should I order?
This is always a tricky question and answer. It all depends on the time of day, length of your event and the day of the week. We have put together some general rules for you below.
Eight to 10 (bites) hors d’oeuvres per person
One-and-a-half burgers, or 1/2 lb of bone-in meat (like chicken wings) per person
1/4 – 1/2 lb of side dishes per person
One-and-a-half drinks per person for the first hour plus 1 drink per person for each additional hour
